We are currently looking for an experienced freelance Art Director (m/f/d) in Berlin

YOUR PROFILE You have 2-5 years of professional experience as an (Junior) Art Director. You find yourself in the style of our agency. You have an excelent sense for design, typography and details. You have a great affinity as well as experience in the field of fashion photography. You have already been responsible for campaigns during the photo production on set. You are characterized by reliability, a friendly demeanor and good communication skills. You have experience in consulting of clients. You convince with your creative standards and your innovative strength. You always see the big picture. You prefer to work strategically and in a structured way. You come with your network of creative talents, with whom you enjoy a successful collaboration. Your German and English skills are excellent, both written and spoken.

YOUR TASKS You bring inspiration, experience and vision to the team. You develop ideas for campaigns and e-com photo and video productions. You create mood boards, client presentations and you also create concepts for set designs. You take on leadership and responsibility for challenging projects from the idea to the production. You will be responsible for the decision of the perfect motif on set. You moderate the communication between clients, colleagues and external freelancer. You independently book photographers and other creative talents.
